We've made it our mission of preserving and promoting Indian classical music. We're absolutely nuts for it! All are welcome here. Whether you're new to Indian music or you're a seasoned listener, there is something for everybody!

Our video series is a great place to start exploring Indian classical music. The gang is all here including sitar legends Pandit Manilal Nag, Pandit Krishna Bhatt; sarod maestro, Ustad Ali Akbar Khan; tabla maestros Pandit Anindo Chatterjee, Ustad Shabbir Nisar, Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri and the Jimi Hendrix of mandolin, U. Shrinivas. Joining them are the stars of tomorrow like Alam Khan, Falu, Mita Nag, Uday Kumar, and Brooklyn Raga Massive.

You'll also find plenty of fun cover songs here too; our humble beginnings where we prepared pop tunes of today and yesterday with actor/comedian and international man of mystery, Mike Myers. Mustafa Bhagat

Mustafa Bhagat is a musician, composer and filmmaker based in New Paltz, NY.
Mustafa plays the sitar in the style of the Vishnupur Gharana under the guidance of Pandit Manilal Nag and Mita Nag of Kolktata, India and Prasanna Kumar of Impal, India.

 

David Freeman

David Freeman is a percussionist, composer and educator based in Brooklyn. 
David plays the tabla in the Farukkhabad tradition under the guidance of Ustad Shabbir Nisar of Hyderabad, India, and Prasanna Kumar of Impal, India.
